1. Service Cancellation

  1. Clients may request cancellation of any service by sending an official email to .
  2. Cancellation requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 working days of submission.
  3. Once a service is initiated or work has begun, cancellations may not be possible depending on the progress status.

2. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are applicable only if the request is made before project initiation or as per the terms stated in the signed agreement.
  2. Once the project or service work has started, no refunds will be issued for any completed or partially completed work.
  3. In cases of technical issues or service delivery failures from our side, partial or full refunds may be considered after review.
  4. All eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.

3. Digital Products & Custom Services

  1. Due to the nature of digital services such as website design, development, software customization, and SEO, refunds cannot be provided once the work has commenced.
  2. Any disputes related to service quality or delivery will be addressed through revision or rectification, not refund.
